The Mechanical Integrity Coordinator will be based onsite at a local petrochemical facility, supporting the Mechanical Integrity program. The role involves ensuring equipment reliability and compliance with industry standards.
Key duties include analyzing inspection reports for fixed and rotating equipment, updating preventative maintenance plans, preparing repair plans, and creating compress models to assess wall thickness and remaining life. The coordinator must be familiar with tank analysis software and codes such as ASME BPVC, API Fitness-for-Service, and piping standards (B16, B31). Additional responsibilities cover managing field construction projects, maintaining project documentation, and applying P&ID symbology and pipe specifications.
Candidates should possess working knowledge of P&ID symbols and client pipe specifications, be familiar with API and ASME codes, and preferably understand local and state regulations and OSHA standards.
