As a Geotechnical Engineer, you will lead and manage geotechnical investigations, design foundations and earthworks, and provide technical guidance on a variety of civil and infrastructure projects. You'll work closely with clients, project managers, and junior engineers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions.

Interface with clients, regulatory agencies, and contractors to ensure project success.
Provide technical mentorship to junior staff and support their professional development.
Design foundations, retaining structures, slope stability solutions, and ground improvement systems.
Lead geotechnical investigations including field exploration, laboratory testing, and data analysis.
Support business development efforts through proposal writing and client engagement.
Prepare and review geotechnical reports, specifications, and construction documents.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on transportation, commercial, and municipal projects.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum 5 years of geotechnical engineering experience.
Strong knowledge of soil mechanics, foundation design, and geotechnical software (e.g., PLAXIS, gINT, LPILE, SLOPE/W).
Proven leadership and project management capabilities
PE license in Idaho
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
