Project Manager

Description

As a Project Manager, you will lead architectural projects across a variety of sectors including Banking & Financial Services, Commercial, Retail, Hospitality, and more. You’ll play a critical role in managing schedules, budgets, teams, and client relationships while ensuring high-quality design and delivery standards.

• Lead and manage multiple architectural projects to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction
• Review production drawings and specifications for quality and accuracy
• Manage and contribute to design development, presentation drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Assist with preparation of fee proposals and owner/consultant agreements
• Supervise and guide project teams to ensure clarity of goals and effective execution
• Establish and maintain project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards
• Act as a client liaison, supporting client-defined processes and providing regular project status reports
• Oversee all project phases from programming through project closeout
• Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and supporting future business development
• Track and manage project budgets and schedules across multiple assignments
• Coordinate monthly billing in collaboration with the accounting team
• Coordinate communication between project teams, Principal-in-Charge, and operations leadership

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in an architectural project management role
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional time management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Architecture, Revit, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and Smartsheet
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid understanding of construction methods and detailing
• Strong knowledge of architectural office practices, standards, and procedures
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and team-building abilities
• Professional degree in Architecture required
• Strategic problem-solving skills related to design, documentation, and detailing
