10+ years of progressively responsible experience in municipal engineering or public infrastructure, with a track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex projects.
Familiarity with funding programs such as CMAQ, STP, and ATP, and experience navigating municipal and state regulations.
Experience with permitting processes and QA/QC protocols.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
Proven ability to mentor and lead technical teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Strong project skills with the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
