Office and Project Assistant
Design Workshop
International landscape architecture, planning, urban design and strategic services firm.
Supportive role assisting with project management, office operations, and marketing efforts in a landscape architecture and land planning firm.
Handling sub-consultant contracts and project number coordination; ensuring proper filing and distribution of documents.
Supporting Finance with invoicing, accounts receivable, and office expenses.
Scheduling and supporting meetings and team work sessions.
Collaborating with Office Assistants across studios on firmwide initiatives.
Assisting with marketing efforts: reviewing, editing, and assembling proposals and documents.
