The Production Supervisor is responsible for creating an environment where employees become involved, responsible, and self‑motivated. This role oversees continuous‑improvement activities, execution of processes that deliver quality products, administration of organizational policies, and support for all plant objectives. It also follows up on training plans for team members and ensures decision‑making is rooted in a process‑oriented culture that links strategy to action.
In this function, the supervisor will use the Tier Meeting process to track and assess key operational metrics and implement actions that improve performance. Daily production activities, including manpower movement, job assignments, time and attendance, and workload balancing, are directed to meet customer needs efficiently. The role leads or champions EBS Pull projects and supports the deployment of functional initiatives such as the Continuous Improvement Framework, EQMS, and LEAN.
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required, with a preference for business or engineering fields. Candidates must have at least three years of manufacturing or operations experience and three years of supervisory experience, preferably 3‑5 years in similar roles. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required, and applicants must reside within 50 miles of the El Paso, TX facility unless they are active‑duty military.
