Manage and develop intellectual property related to CFD tools, workflows, and best practices.
Integrate weather data and environmental parameters into boundary conditions for external flow and ventilation studies.
Ensure QA/QC compliance, manage deadlines, and maintain clear communication across multidisciplinary and multi-office teams.
Occasionally adjust work hours to coordinate with international teams (UK/US time zones).
Prepare and present high-quality technical reports and visualisations for clients, stakeholders, and industry publications.

Master’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering (PhD preferred).
Familiarity with CAD and BIM tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, or Rhino for geometry preparation and integration.
Minimum 7 years of professional CFD experience in a commercial or consulting environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with exceptional attention to detail and presentation quality.
Strong foundation in fluid mechanics and heat transfer, with hands-on experience in both steady-state and transient CFD.
Strong analytical, communication, and technical reporting skills with the ability to explain complex simulation results to diverse audiences.
Proficiency with one or more major CFD tools: Cadence Reality DC (6Sigma), STAR-CCM , ANSYS Fluent, or OpenFOAM.
Knowledge of experimental validation, reduced-order modelling, or data-driven verification techniques (a plus).
Proven ability to lead projects, influence decisions, and drive innovation within a multidisciplinary engineering environment.
Experience with Python scripting or similar tools for process automation and data post-processing (preferred).
