Perform field work, which may include Phase I ESA site visits, groundwater sampling, drilling oversight, soil logging, soil sample collection, soil vapor sampling, underground storage tank closure oversight, remediation contractor oversight and operation and maintenance, and asbestos building inspections.
Represent Stantec by interacting in a professional manner with clients, property owners, subcontractors, and other relevant stakeholders while on field assignments or participating in public engagement activities such as public open house meetings.
Maintaining and monitoring established project plans.
Communicate with client (with oversight from client manager) and determine a path forward for select sites within existing portfolios.
Coordinate field activities and subcontractors (such as with laboratories, private locators, and drillers).
Complete applicable company and clientrequired health and safety trainings (including OSHA required training).
Troubleshoot and resolve issues arising in a project, as assigned.
Provide administrative support, as requested.
Helping Project Manager with activity tracking.
Coordinate and help schedule execution of the project.
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings, with assistance.
Prepare technical documents / reports from start to finish, providing a “complete product” for internal to review.
