Deliver comprehensive project design presentations to client user groups and stakeholders
Work closely with internal teams to manage client expectations, team communication, and consultant coordination
Collaborate in team meetings to address design, technical, and coordination issues across disciplines
Manage project details in collaboration with consulting design and engineering teams
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies, and other project partners to meet overall project objectives
Develop original design concepts and effectively implement designs developed by others
Promote a positive team environment by managing conflict effectively
Prepare graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction documents to clearly convey design intent
Conduct product research and evaluate materials and systems to support appropriate design selections
Contribute as a designer on projects from conceptual design through construction documentation
Assist in delivering projects within established budgets while maintaining accountability to the project plan
Participate in design efforts and client presentations to help build and maintain strong client relationships
Guide and support project teams in the development of design across all phases, including design development and construction documents
Requirements

Architectural licensure preferred
Typically 3–5+ years of professional experience
Accredited professional degree in Architecture
Strong understanding of architectural building systems, applicable codes, and regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, MS Office, and other graphic or design software preferred
Proficiency in Revit; Autodesk Construction Cloud experience preferred
