- Manage construction management and supervision activities for healthcare and hospital projects from mobilization through handover.
- Serve as primary interface with clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders during the construction phase.
- Coordinate and oversee site supervision teams, inspectors, and discipline leads.
- Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with contracts, drawings, specifications, and approved methodologies.
- Ensure construction work complies with Qatar local building codes, Qatar Construction Standards (QCS), QCDD regulations, and international standards.
- Review and approve contractor submittals, method statements, shop drawings, and construction schedules.
- Track progress against approved schedules and budgets, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Identify construction risks and issues, developing mitigation and resolution strategies.
- Chair and participate in site, progress, and coordination meetings.
- Enforce quality control, health and safety, and environmental requirements on site.
- Manage testing, commissioning, and handover activities to achieve successful project completion.

Parsons is looking for an exceptionally talented Project Manager with strong healthcare experience to manage construction management and supervision services for healthcare and hospital projects in Qatar. The role involves overseeing work from mobilization through handover, ensuring compliance with approved designs, contracts, schedules, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or a related discipline, a minimum of 15 years of professional experience—including at least 7 years in healthcare construction management—and mandatory GCC experience. Candidates must possess deep knowledge of Qatar Construction Standards, QCDD regulations, and international building standards, as well as proven ability to lead large‑scale projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience with at least 7 years in healthcare construction management or supervision.
- Mandatory GCC experience.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Construction Standards, QCDD regulations, and international building standards.
- Proven experience delivering large‑scale healthcare construction projects.
- Strong construction management, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership with a collaborative, team‑focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes.
- Grade A MMUP registration (preferred/required per project).
- QCDD registration (preferred/required per project).
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience with complex hospital facilities that have advanced MEP systems.
