What you would be doing

- Business development by actively building key client relationships, identifying and pursuing key opportunities and maintaining a pipeline of work
- Managing, guiding and reviewing civil engineering design in a range of project types including building civil, greenspace, urban spaces, road upgrades, intersections, traffic upgrades and shared use paths
- Establishing and driving the strategic direction of the Queensland Civil Team through long term business planning

- CPEng/RPEQ in Civil Engineering
- Experience in business development
- Experience undertaking design and documentation reviews and providing certification
- Experience in stormwater, pavement grading, earthworks, pavements, roadworks.
- Ability and willingness to mentor and develop staff
