ELSE Division Controller, QA

Description

• Manages the forecasting process for the Local Division, evaluates financial implications, builds scenarios, and recommends actions
• Operational partnership: Partner directly with the Local Division Manager to drive strategy and execution to deliver on profitable growth targets
• Compliance and Integrity: Direct responsibility for the accuracy of all financial books, records and reports for the ELSE Division in Qatar.
• Monitors the financial performance of the Local Division, provides insight and analysis to support operational decision making.
• Planning cycle leadership: Support the financial budget process for the Division
• Translates financial position into realistic forecasts and establishes actions and measurable targets to enhance financial return.
• Drive compliance and integrity throughout the Country in support of the LDM
• Manages and closely monitors the cash flow and takes action to improve Net Working Capital
• Identifies issues and supports management on action plans to drive appropriate cost structure, productivity optimization, and capital efficiency.
• Partner with the ELSE Local Division Manager for Qatar to operationalize financial targets and challenges

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in a related Role
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or accounting is required
• combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated performance and results; in the areas of business, finance, operational controlling and/or accounting
• Strong cost planning knowledge and understanding of service accounting and revenue recognition
• Hands on experience of working in SAP Modules FI, CO, MM, PP, PS
• Strong Microsoft Office/computer skills and expertise in APP reporting tools
