Manages the forecasting process for the Local Division, evaluates financial implications, builds scenarios, and recommends actions
Operational partnership: Partner directly with the Local Division Manager to drive strategy and execution to deliver on profitable growth targets
Compliance and Integrity: Direct responsibility for the accuracy of all financial books, records and reports for the ELSE Division in Qatar.
Monitors the financial performance of the Local Division, provides insight and analysis to support operational decision making.
Planning cycle leadership: Support the financial budget process for the Division
Translates financial position into realistic forecasts and establishes actions and measurable targets to enhance financial return.
Drive compliance and integrity throughout the Country in support of the LDM
Manages and closely monitors the cash flow and takes action to improve Net Working Capital
Identifies issues and supports management on action plans to drive appropriate cost structure, productivity optimization, and capital efficiency.
Partner with the ELSE Local Division Manager for Qatar to operationalize financial targets and challenges

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or accounting is required
combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated performance and results; in the areas of business, finance, operational controlling and/or accounting
Strong cost planning knowledge and understanding of service accounting and revenue recognition
Hands on experience of working in SAP Modules FI, CO, MM, PP, PS
Strong Microsoft Office/computer skills and expertise in APP reporting tools
