The position requires strong leadership, good math ability, and proficiency with computer systems. Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and be willing to travel up to 50% of the time on short notice. A high school diploma is required; technical coursework, ACI Field Level I, Nuclear Density Gauge, and DOT/ICC/NICET certifications are preferred or must be obtained within twelve months. Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential.
