The Warehouse Loader retrieves cartons, pallets, and orders in the correct sequence to ensure customers receive complete and accurate shipments.
Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment. Basic math skills, proficiency with standard office equipment, and computer literacy are essential, as is the capacity to adapt to changing priorities. Effective communication and teamwork are also critical.
A high‑school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and a minimum of six months of relevant experience—or an equivalent blend of education and experience—is required. Experience in the plumbing or waterworks industry is considered a plus.
Candidates must be able to pass an operator exam and safely operate powered industrial equipment.
The position demands frequent walking, standing, talking, and hearing, as well as regular pushing, pulling, carrying, grasping, bending, stooping, and use of fingers. Occasionally, employees will need to climb, kneel, reach, and lift objects up to 50 lb, with occasional lifts to 100 lb possible.
