Monitor project costs to ensure that projects are delivered within budget, fulfills customer expectations for schedule and quality, and/or aligns with the company strategic objectives.
Business development including client marketing, proposal preparation, and attend relevant technical, professional, and political networking events.

10+ years of bridge design/management experience is required.
Ability to work with team members in other offices.
Ability to identify, pursue, and win work.
Prior experience and understanding of AASHTO Bridge Design Specifications and the Federal-Aid project delivery process.
Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering is required; Master's degree is preferred.
Ability to read, write, and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
Ability to manage bridge projects and lead multi-disciplinary teams meeting schedule, budget and quality.
Familiarity with construction engineering, AREMA based rail bridge design, and/or design build procurement a plus.
