We design architectural systems projects from concept stage, meeting business, statutory, legal and contractual requirements. The technical assurance manager ensures design principles are maintained by the contractor throughout design and construction, supporting the relevant area, discipline or specialism with sound technical and functional capabilities.
You will develop and manage planning and building regulation applications, seek continuous improvement opportunities, and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will manage stakeholders and deliverables through direct reports, provide designs and oversee design development per contract requirements, and collaborate with wider design disciplines, client personnel, and construction teams. You will assist in reporting, attend client meetings and design workshops, monitor work outputs for timeliness, scope and quality, engage with business improvement directives, and work towards net‑zero carbon transition by proactively managing carbon emissions and reductions.
