Conduct post-mortem reports to assess the effectiveness of the campaigns/promotions in terms of shoppers traffic and GTO performance.
Liaising and managing external vendors; contractors, event companies, social media agencies for the successful launch of all campaigns and projects.
Support in monitoring campaign budgeting and revenue drivers.
Collaborate with internal business intelligence team to develop data analytics, to measure the output and outcomes of marketing strategies/initiatives utilizing our physical, digital, and phygital touchpoints, and to automate the production and prediction of actionable insights that will be used to design new marketing strategies, with an aim to improve sales conversion and ROI of campaigns and marketing channels.
Drive marcom revenue by active marketing of atrium, advertising space and any other new revenue streams.
Plan and manage editorial, promotions for various platforms to drive engagement from online to offline and vice versa. Implement creative omnichannel digital strategies with digital marketing team to encourage retailers and consumers to join our platform. This includes but is not limited to social media marketing, search engine optimization and conversion rate optimization to drive awareness and platform’s omni-channel performance.

Minimum of 1 years of experience in retail or shopping mall
Knowledge of e-commerce, social media, digital marketing will be good. Experience in digital marketing and m-commerce in F&B and/or Retail industry would be a plus
Possesses an entrepreneurial "can do" spirit and ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced corporate venture-build environment
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, organized, meticulous and a sense of urgency
