Maintenance Technician II

Description

The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for efficiently performing all necessary maintenance for the apartment community and supporting the Maintenance Supervisor in directing and managing overall maintenance programs.

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C, and electrical duties
• Assist the Service Manager with various community tasks as needed
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and promptly
• Conduct preventative maintenance repairs
• Respond to emergency service calls per company policy
• Assist with resident functions
• Participate in the community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program

Requirements

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and be on‑call
• Punctual, dependable, and self‑starting attitude
• Team player with experience in apartment maintenance
