Project Manager

Description

🔹 Oversee RFIs, submittals, drawing updates, change orders, and quality control

🔹 Ensure project safety, quality, and performance standards are consistently met

🔹 Drive OAC meetings, communicate project status, and proactively resolve issues

🔹 Lead subcontractor buyout, contract negotiations, and procurement

🔹 Build strong relationships that support repeat business in the Omaha region

🔹 Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

🔹 Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls

🔹 Coordinate closely with field teams, design partners, owners, and vendors

Requirements

✔️ 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience

✔️ Proven ability to manage ground-up and/or large-scale renovation projects

✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
