Administration and Finance Manager - Westfield Innaloo

Description

• Participating in duty management on a rotating weekend roster (with a day off in lieu)
• Performing bi-monthly budget forecasting to ensure financial agility
• Leading the development of annual asset budgets and ensuring financial performance aligns with targets
• Managing and analysing centre profit and loss reports, including monthly accruals, journals, and prepayments
• Conducting timely financial risk and opportunity assessments, presenting insights and recommendations to the Asset Team
• Supporting the Centre Manager with retailer relations, administrative functions, and maintaining retailer standards
• Overseeing daily banking, reconciliations, accounts payable, and the smooth operation of the centre office

With approximately 75 professions within our business, our team has the expertise to design, construct, operate, manage and market our Westfield destinations and platforms.

We’re looking for an experienced and detail-driven Administration and Finance Manager to join our team at Westfield Innaloo. This is a dynamic role that blends financial leadership with hands-on exposure to all aspects of centre management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid financial management experience, including profit and loss oversight and budget control
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
