Tasks

-Provide support on Architectural Design work from programming and concept design through construction documentation for projects requiring interface and collaboration with various disciplines and consultants. -Support in Day-to-Day coordination with architectural project team and other design disciplines. -Participating in, or leading project-specific marketing/proposal preparation and presentations.

What You Bring

-Prepare architectural drawings, utilizes a strong knowledge of building technology; and/or supervises their execution for all phases of a project. -A Professional Degree in Architecture is required with 8 + years of experience. -OpenBuildings, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, is a plus. -Excellent design, presentation skills, both verbal and visual is required. -Professional Licensure and Society Memberships -Proficiency with BIM / Revit, Blue Beam and Microsoft Office Suite are required.
