The Guidehouse Internship Program offers a 10‑week summer experience beginning Monday, June 8, 2026 and ending Friday, August 14, 2026. Interns are paired with a Buddy for guidance and participate in a mix of e‑learning and instructor‑led development sessions, mid‑point and final evaluations, and networking events. Collaborative group projects and social activities are integrated to showcase Guidehouse’s consulting culture.
The position offers a salary range of $59,000 – $98,000, supplemented by a discretionary variable incentive bonus and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and professional development resources.
