In this role you will lead and run engineering components of major dam projects, provide technical and strategic direction, guide and mentor a growing team of engineers, and lead design programs from options analysis through detailed design. You will also build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has proven experience delivering superior outcomes in the dam industry, strong technical capability, and a passion for mentoring and leadership. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and industry groups are essential. A relevant tertiary degree is required.
