What you would be doing

Lead the development of strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and alliances to expand market reach and capabilities.
Oversee intellectual property strategy and ensure protection of proprietary technologies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.
Champion innovation and lead cross-functional teams in the development of new products and solutions.
Ensure the product portfolio remains competitive and aligned with customer requirements and industry standards.
Maintain strong corporate governance practices and ethical standards across the business.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational areas to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Develop and communicate a clear strategic vision for the UPS business aligned with overall Group objectives.
Lead sustainability efforts, including energy efficiency, waste reduction, and responsible sourcing.
Identify emerging market trends, technologies, and customer needs to inform long-term business strategy.
Represent the company in legal, regulatory, and industry forums as required.
Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational agility and customer experience.
Strengthen customer relationships through strategic account management and customer engagement initiatives.
Lead succession planning and talent development initiatives to build a strong leadership pipeline.
Lead efforts to expand into new markets and customer segments, both domestically and internationally.
Directly supervises functional leaders of KUP including Hardware and Service Sales, Operations, Marketing, Human resources, Quality, and Engineering.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
