Help customers determine and select the best solution of Crescent Electric products and services to meet their needs.
Assist and resolve customer requests and/or problems in a prompt and professional manner.
Continuously develop knowledge of Crescent product inventory, its location in the facility, and sales techniques.
Work with Purchasing Department, account managers, quotations specialists, product champions, and other branch personnel to provide competitive quotations.
