Workout the BOQ Quantity from the Clients Price Schedule for floating enquiry to various suppliers for price comparison.
Preparation of complete compliant Technical proposal as per the Bid specification.
After getting the offer from various suppliers, prepare techno-commercial comparison of various Line materials and review with the reporting manager.
Costing and estimation, attending pre bid meetings
Pre award coordination, including arranging Bank Guarantees for the Projects
Arranging required documents for bid submission including Bid Security.
Bid Compilation / Bid submission on due date / Attending Bid opening.
Studying the Tender Document & find out & analyse major Commercial and Technical Points.
Prepare the Bid Synopsys for review.
