In this position, you will independently develop and supervise engineering products such as detailed calculations, drawings, procurement documents, and technical reports. Responsibilities include designing complex road schemes, creating 3D models with Bentley MicroStation and Autodesk Civil 3D, preparing material takeoffs and specifications, and coordinating with other engineering disciplines.
- Lead design of major road schemes, including interchanges, highway links, and signalized intersections
- Produce engineering calculations, drawings, procurement documents, and technical reports
- Utilize Bentley MicroStation and Autodesk Civil 3D for 3D modeling and design verification
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers, CAD designers, and drafters
- Prepare material takeoffs, cost estimates, specifications, and construction documents
- Review supplier submittals and perform technical bid analyses
- Ensure compliance with codes and regulations and obtain professional engineer seal when required
- Travel to supplier, client, or construction sites as needed

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering and at least ten years of highway design experience. Candidates must demonstrate expert command of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bentley MicroStation, and BIM workflows, along with strong communication, interpersonal, and mentorship abilities.
