Developing maintenance and cleaning schedule for all areas of the community including common areas, amenities, breezeways, parking lots and entrance areas

City and/or State certification requirements must be met if applicable (i.e. pool operations, maintenance, electricians, etc.)
Must be able to work flexible hours, often beyond normal “business hours” including weekends, when necessary
