You will drive showroom footfall growth and conversion from enquiries to confirmed projects and orders.
You will be responsible for all showroom operations including staffing, rotas, customer consultations and showroom presentation.
You'll be responsible for hiring, developing and managing the showroom sales team, where you'll combine good leadership with a consultative sales approach.
The role will also involve measuring up at people's homes. as well as liaising with the installation team and marketing team.
You will oversee both showroom and home consultations, promoting the one stop supply and fit service to the general public.
As Showroom Manager, you will lead the showroom operations, ensuring that the team delivers an exceptional customer experience and achieves sales and margin targets.
The showroom will be open Monday to Saturday, but you'll work a 5 day per week and manage the staff rota.
As Showroom Manager you'll ensure comprehensive product and technical knowledge across the team, including an understanding of relevant building regulations, performance standards and installation requirements.

You'll have a drivers licence as you will be visiting the customers homes to measure up.
