This role is structured so that several PM's will be reporting into you therefore, as the 'go-to' person for this firm, it is paramount to the success of the role that you have A. worked for a heavy civil GC and B. built MTA projects start to finish as a PM for a GC. Your location will be "New York City" focusing on Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn. Whilst we encourage PM's to apply ready for a step up, given the seniority of the position, it is fundamental to have project build experience from the GC perspective.
We'd love to hear from Civil Engineering professionals who have built MTA projects, ideally start to finish as we highly value tenure. We are also happy to give a solid PM a chance to step into this position so if you do not currently hold project executive as a title, please do not be swayed from applying !
Due to an internal promotion, we are looking to bring someone on who can continue to inspire as the previous holder of this position did. We want someone who can be the 'go - to' for problem solving, overseeing the Project Managers within the company.
