Le titulaire du poste sera appelé à effectuer des déplacements au Québec et en Ontario, et potentiellement au Canada et à l’étranger.
Expérience en approvisionnement de contrats de conception et de construction pour le compte de clients externes;
Expérience en gestion des parties prenantes.
Connaissance des différents modèles de livraison de projets (Co-développement, Conception-Construction, PPP, etc.);
Certification en tant que professionnel de la gestion de projets (PMP) ou volonté de l’obtenir;
Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en ingénierie, en architecture, en gestion de projets ou en gestion de la construction;
Capacité avérée à travailler dans un environnement au rythme soutenu, et à superviser et coordonner les tâches d’autrui;
Maîtrise des outils suivants : Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel et PowerPoint.
Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit;
Expérience au sein d'équipes colocalisées œuvrant pour des clients externes;
Au moins six (6) ans d’expérience en gestion de programmes et/ou de projets au sein de l’environnement bâti;
Parfaire ses compétences afin d'offrir flexibilité et valeur ajoutée continues aux clients;
