Resource Acquisition & Integration: Acquire and coordinate key resources required for local data center projects, including government approvals, environmental assessments, power quotas, and grid connection permits, ensuring projects comply with local policies and sustainable development requirements.
Project Development & Expansion: Responsible for the overall development and implementation of local data center projects overseas, ensuring efficient project progression.
Multi-party Coordination & Relationship Management: Liaise with government agencies, energy departments, power grid companies, as well as partners such as data center owners, operators, and related construction parties (e.g., EPC contractors, equipment suppliers). Develop, establish, and maintain long-term, stable cooperative relationships.
Customer Requirement Fulfillment: Adopt a customer-oriented approach to deeply understand client needs. Collaborate with internal and external teams to provide and implement new energy solutions for customers, focusing on key requirements such as energy efficiency indicators (e.g., PUE).

Partnership Resources: Possess key resources and relationships with local government bodies, energy departments, power grids (e.g., PLN in Indonesia), and familiarity with the required approval processes for project development. Prior experience and existing relationships with internet cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud), data center operators (e.g., Equinix, Digital Realty, GDS, 21Vianet), telecommunications operators, or AI computing companies are preferred.
Cross-cultural Communication: Strong communication skills in English or the local market language. Understand business logic and cooperation methods within diverse cultural contexts. Capable of effective collaboration in international teams and liaising with clients.
Core Competencies: Proficient in the entire data center project development lifecycle. Understand core technical indicators and corresponding solutions. Familiar with overseas project development and operations (including project approval, due diligence, feasibility studies, tendering, etc.). Ability to efficiently integrate internal resources and drive project implementation. Possess excellent risk identification and mitigation skills.
Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data center project development or project management, OR minimum of 3 years of experience in new energy project development. Familiarity with development trends in the data center and new energy industries.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, Computer Science, or related data center fields.
