Experienced Proposal Drafting Position (RFP)

Description

In this role, you’ll support the entire bid process, from researching opportunities to preparing and submitting compliant, competitive proposals. If you're organized, proactive, and familiar with federal procurement, we’d love to hear from you.

• Identify and track open government bid opportunities, particularly on platforms like SAM.gov
• Draft, format, and finalize proposal content, pricing, and supporting documentation
• Ensure all proposals meet submission guidelines, compliance standards, and deadlines
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather required information and resources
• Maintain organized records of previous proposals, submissions, and outcomes

Requirements

We’re seeking a sharp, detail-driven professional to join our internal team and play a key role in developing successful government contract proposals, especially for federal staffing opportunities.

• Prior experience with staffing-related contracts is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Solid understanding of federal RFPs and government procurement systems
• 2+ years of experience in contract writing, proposal support, or legal documentation
