  • Drive innovation through emerging technologies such as AI, edge computing, and IIoT to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support the development, testing, and maintenance of IT/OT Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans, ensuring operational resilience and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of IT/OT infrastructure integration to support digital transformation across office and field environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure initiatives with business goals and safety standards.
  • Oversee Tier 3 support operations and ensure secure, reliable core system up time and connectivity between IT and OT systems.
  • Oversee financial planning and budgeting for IT/OT initiatives, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Manage large-scale IT and OT projects—including infrastructure upgrades, system integrations, and automation initiatives—ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery that meets quality and regulatory standards.

  • Skilled in managing complex projects, vendor relationships, and support operations aligned with ITIL and cybersecurity standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, or related field. Technical certifications, experience, or vocational training in information technology or a related field may substitute for a degree.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator across technical and business teams.
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN), cloud services, and industrial protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC UA).
  • Minimum of 3 years leading IT/OT teams and delivering integrated infrastructure solutions across enterprise and industrial environments.
