The employee will secure job assignments, interpret operation sequences, and gather required materials and tooling using pendant‑controlled cranes, fork trucks, and pallet jacks. Responsibilities include preparing work areas from drawings and instructions, operating parts cleaners, ceramic core equipment, wax presses, steam autoclaves, sintering and heat‑treating furnaces, and performing inspections, alloy checks, and post‑cast finishing. The worker must also maintain safety protocols, keep the workspace clean, and identify process‑improvement opportunities.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and 1‑3 years of manufacturing experience. The starting hourly rate is $28.01, with a top rate of $31.36 and a $1.00 night‑shift bonus. This position is eligible for COLA and general wage increases as negotiated.
