Assists other creatives in the development and execution of creative concepts and campaigns.
Revises and refines designs based on feedback from team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Integrates with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketers, and developers, to ensure creative work aligns with project goals and client needs.
Creates compelling visual designs and layouts for a range of print and digital materials, such as social media graphics, website mockups, presentations and other media.
Researches and stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform the creative process and produce high-quality work.
Ensures that all creative work meets brand guidelines and standards. Performs a self-check of work prior to submitting to others for review/approval.
Works alongside work winning teams to create digital and printed collateral including proposals and presentations.
Developing initiative, skill, and personal commitment to work on multiple projects and details concurrently, follow up, and bring tasks and projects to full completion.

A basic knowledge of collaborative tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, etc.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meets project deadlines.
BA/BS, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field, or an AA/two-year degree plus one year of related experience
Ability to produce accurate, compliant, and compelling work independently and with others.
A basic knowledge of marketing best practices and procedures, work processes, and tools
Learns about the organization and marketing's role in enabling growth.
A basic knowledge of and interest in the A/E industry, including AECOM’s projects, people, credentials, and competitors.
Organizational and administrative skills, including the ability to complete varied work tasks on schedule, and support deliverable efforts by others.
Ability to exercise discretion with confidential/ sensitive issues.
A basic understanding of effective proposal and presentation writing and production.
1 or more years of experience a plus.
A basic of CRM. Salesforce experience is a plus.
