• Coordinate and manage all site activities to deliver a seamless fit out project.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder engagement throughout delivery.
• Report progress to the Project Manager and contribute to proactive problem-solving on site.
• Uphold company and legislative WHS, Quality, and Environmental standards.
• Lead subcontractors, ensuring works are sequenced, resourced, and delivered to program.
• Deliver exciting CBD fit out projects for high-profile clients.

Requirements

• Excellent communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, organisation, and subcontractor management skills.
• Supportive and professional builder with repeat client base.
• Proven track record in delivering projects in tight CBD environments.
• 3+ years’ experience as a Site Manager in fit out/refurbishment projects.
