Tasks

-Provide leadership and oversight for the organization’s IT operations across multiple locations. -Promote a customer-focused IT culture that balances efficiency with a personable, service-driven approach. -Partner with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with business strategy and long-term objectives. -Support the evaluation and implementation of new ERP and enterprise applications. -Troubleshoot and resolve critical issues, maintaining responsive support for internal users. -Lead planning and execution for system upgrades, standardization efforts, and IT budgeting. -Ensure security, reliability, and high performance across all systems and applications. -Manage hybrid cloud and virtualized environments, including Microsoft Azure, Cisco networking, and related infrastructure. -Develop and implement IT policies, documentation standards, and best practices for operations and cybersecurity.

Our client, a respected and well-established manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager to lead technology operations across multiple facilities. This position plays a critical role in driving infrastructure modernization, strengthening cybersecurity, and ensuring seamless day-to-day technology support. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on — a forward-thinking IT leader who thrives in a collaborative, service-oriented environment. -Analytical and meticulous, with strong follow-through. -Strong internal customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Demonstrated skill in writing database queries and generating operational reports. -Experience supporting Microsoft (Azure), Cisco, hybrid cloud, and virtualized server infrastructures. -Working knowledge of cybersecurity, data resilience, and disaster recovery best practices. -Experience collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on strategic reporting or research. -Forward-thinking and proactive in problem-solving. -Confident communicator who builds trust and credibility throughout the organization. -Five or more years of IT experience, including at least two years of team leadership, ideally within a manufacturing environment. -Patient and adaptable across a range of technical proficiency levels. -Able to balance multiple priorities and maintain composure in a fast-paced setting. -Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. -Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Access for data analysis and reporting.
