▪ Coordinate subcontractors and construction team to meet contractual conditions of performance. ▪ Prepare external and internal reports relating to job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables.
▪ Communicate with responsible parties to ensure quality construction exceeds company standards and proper industry techniques and processes are utilized, while ensuring that the client’s needs and wants are efficiently met.
▪ Work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment to plan and coordinate all aspects of the building process from hiring contractors to working with engineers, architects, and vendors
Responsible to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations, financial budgets, coordinate contractors, and manage the construction process and be in charge of organizing schedules, tracking inventory, and ordering and managing materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring project efficiency, compliance with regional regulations, and adherence to budget, safety, and quality standards.
▪ Negotiate and manage construction contract drafts, bid on projects, and obtain permits to analyze and mitigate risks.
▪ Review projects daily to ensure quality construction standards exist and estimates remain within budget.
▪ Oversee construction projects from conception to completion while monitoring compliance with safety and building regulations.
▪ Supervise construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and exceed the customer’s requirements.
▪ Ability to complete project pre-planning processes, such as cost estimations and budgeting.
▪ Ability to establish construction schedules.
▪ Minimum 12-17 years of experience in large construction/ real estate/ project development industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the GCC region.
(Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.)
▪ Strong communication & Organizational skills.
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
▪ Ability to negotiate contracts and obtain permits.
▪ Ability to manage on-site construction personnel.
