We are seeking a full-time MAC Team Lead to join our team, working four days per week on-site in Toronto or Brampton and one day remotely. The MAC Team Lead oversees people supervision, planning, and delivery of facility moves, adds or change projects, including furniture installation coordination and sustainable furniture and office decommissioning.
Service Delivery responsibilities include planning and executing facility moves, additions, changes, and furniture installations while developing project strategies, completing intake forms, estimating costs, coordinating cross‑functionally, managing vendor relationships, scheduling, tendering, and ensuring health‑and‑safety compliance and regulatory adherence.
Relationship Management involves building strong internal partnerships with service lines, project groups, and operations, maintaining effective communication with clients, contractors, and industry bodies, and sustaining a recycling and charity vendor database to support sustainable outcomes.
Reporting and Communication duties encompass preparing milestone billing documents, maintaining work instructions, delivering project status and financial reports, participating in regular MAC team meetings, updating strategies, and ensuring all project documentation is audit‑ready.
Financial Management tasks require adherence to financial and procurement policies, developing rough order of magnitude budgets, monitoring purchase orders and invoices, and ensuring any revenue from sustainable decommissioning is appropriately allocated.
Service Delivery Development and Quality Management focus on collaborating with senior leaders to define and improve MAC service delivery, establishing measurable KPIs, and creating playbooks and tools for relocations and furniture installations.
Business Development activities include curating successful project showcases, guiding the creation of marketing materials, enhancing client and occupant experiences to drive repeat business, and supporting proposal development and fee pricing.
In the People Leadership role, the lead demonstrates strong, competent guidance by recruiting talent, mentoring and coaching team members, recommending compensation adjustments, managing performance cycles, and ensuring a positive onboarding experience to achieve high employee engagement and satisfaction.
The role demands excellent communication, leadership, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills, with three to five years of experience in moves, adds, changes, furniture installation, or decommissioning, plus three years of furniture systems knowledge, the ability to obtain Federal Security Clearance, and a driver’s license as a bonus.
This is a regular full‑time position with a salary range of $61,850 to $77,313 per annum, a hybrid work schedule, and a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity, offering accommodation support for candidates who need it.
