Support the development, monitoring, and execution of constructability/bid reviews, construction schedule, schedule impact analysis, contract change/work order, project risk analysis, and contract administration.
Develop presentations based on input from project team members.
Attend project meetings and prepare detailed minutes.
Manage project information, including hard-copy and electronic files.
Prepare various reports and demonstrate an understanding of project control tools.
Prepare new project start-up documents per project and quality procedures, including development of schedules and level of effort estimates.
Contribute to cost estimate development and review.
Assist in schedule baseline and schedule update reviews.
Develop and assist in preparation of project schedules.
Coordinate information flow between project team and client.

Background in engineering consulting.
Experience with engineering change orders and engineering controls.

A minimum of 2 years' experience in project coordination with a consulting/engineering firm.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple long- and short-term tasks simultaneously.
