- Monitoring and Investigating CCTV (Closed Circuit Television).
- Responsible for dispatching various groups to address clientele needs, which may include custodial, maintenance, security, electrical, grounds and others as needed.
- Receive inbound parcels/on-demand courier deliveries when Delivery Services staff are unavailable and notify staff as needed. Maintain outbound to the right delivery groups.
- Oversee building dock access for employees, contractors, and vendors.
- Daily checklist, Securing and closing Dock.
- Ensure that dock area is organized and maintaining required “clear zone” to allow for safe, functional workflow.
- Building key inventory management.
- Keep record of all items staged in the dock areas.
- Responds and takes appropriate action for Building Automation Systems, alarms, Security systems alerts, emergency coordination calls, global security calls, food safety calls and any other calls related to immediate response.
