The Senior Maintenance Technician will lead a service team in a high‑volume community, handling daily operations, service requests, make‑readies, upgrades, and maintenance schedules. This hands‑on role also supports the Property Manager on various projects while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction.

Requirements

The position requires regular physical activity such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb (100 lb with assistance), climbing, stooping, and reaching, with most work performed outdoors. Employees must adhere to the uniform policy provided on the first day and have reliable transportation within a 20‑mile radius of the property.
- Minimum 3 years senior maintenance experience in multifamily housing
- Valid HVAC certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation within 20 miles
- Stable work history and personal set of basic hand tools
- Proven ability to coach, train, and lead service technicians
- Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and time‑management skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
