Tasks

-Lead BI platform initiatives to enhance the overall delivery of insights to all clients -Work effectively with all areas of the business to identify required dashboard visualizations and associated calculations to build dashboards -Provide both verbal and written updates to management on the progress of work -Partner with the client technology team to understand their technical requirements -Manage Intake/Backlog, data dictionary, report inventory and process for developing custom dashboards for the client and for the platform -Liaise with BI platform (BI Solutions Team) to ensure dashboard prototype design and build meets business requirements -Lead data assessment and data mapping exercises to support system integration projects -Develop the Analytics roadmap with the account team and the client including schedule, scope, and investment -Utilize advanced analytics tools to transform data, automate workflows and develop analytical tools -Partner with the development team to expand the Triana offering through dashboard POCs, tabular model measure development and product feature enhancements -Technical documentation and process documentation as required for activities within the data workstream -Drive continuous improvement in the automation and standardization of data requirements -Proactively analyze the client’s portfolio and provide support in identifying risks and opportunities -Provide guidance and training to the account team employees on BI platform -Support the client and account team to design, build, and implement dashboards aligned with the client’s BI platform and global data strategy initiatives

What You Bring

-High Level of critical thinking and judgement exercised daily -Need to have a problem solver mentality -Business analytics or data visualization software -ETL tool such as Alteryx is preferred -Excellent communication skills -Handling commercial real estate data is a plus -Able to determine how to handle client requests that are not in their best interest or are outside of scope of delivery or technology capability. -Able to choose the most effective forms of communication to articulate complex problems to non-technical resources -Ability to manage key client and account team relationships -Power BI is preferred -SQL is preferred
