  • Develop and maintain system governance frameworks, including user access controls, change management protocols, and compliance checks.
  • Implement the HSE Assurance Program to ensure systematic evaluation of HSE performance, compliance, and risk controls across the organisation.
  • Leading the enhancement of the company’s HSE management systems and digital platforms including Myosh, Viking, SharePoint Hub.
  • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency and accuracy across all HSE systems
  • Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and system documentation in collaboration with the Training team.
  • Coordinate system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations in partnership with IT and vendors.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to monitor HSE performance across all business units.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in HSE software platforms and data visualisation tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Experience in HSE systems and reporting roles, preferably in the energy, mining, or industrial sectors.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
