Analyze historical data, help prepare budgets, etc.
Review Architectural, Civil, Mechanical, and Plumbing drawings/specifications in order to compile an accurate cost estimate.
Input takeoff (quantity survey) from your own or other estimator’s work to prepare accurate and complete estimates.
Perform job site surveys and meetings with contractors, facility managers, owners, etc.
Obtain scopes of work and pricing from subcontractors and suppliers.

Physical activities include standing, balancing, climbing stairs and laders, walking and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required
Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well.
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering/business or five years of HVAC industr experience.
Takeoff quantity of items (pipe, valves, fittings, ductwork, equipment, etc.) from mechanical and plumbing drawings.
Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
