Option 2: Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Professional Engineer registration in the U.S., and 5+ years of healthcare facility operations/maintenance experience (including 2+ years of supervisory experience).
Minimum 5 years of experience with TJC compliance in healthcare facilities.
Option 1: 10+ years of experience in medical/healthcare (bedded-inpatient) facility operations and maintenance, including 2+ years supervising a diverse workforce in 24/7/365 operations.
Certification: ASHE Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) is required.
