Properly and promptly report all maintenance items. Timely work with mechanics through resolution of maintenance issues, with emphasis placed on safely returning the aircraft to service with minimal downtown.
Communicate flight schedules with company associates, prepare trip itineraries, book ground transportation and catering when needed
Keep the aircraft flight ready: cleaned, stocked, and maintained
Maintain all food/beverage & baggage (up to 50 lbs) with high level of customer service
Conduct proper pre-flight inspections
Research and negotiate travel costs as appropriate (fuel, landing fees, hangar, etc)
Thoroughly flight plan by performing a complete check of weather along the route, and research facilities in order to choose the best FBO options
Ensure all flights are conducted within accordance of Federal Aviation Regulations, company policies, and insurance requirements.
Keep up to date on the maintenance status of the aircraft
Keep aircraft GPS updated and current
Complete all trip paperwork at the end of each trip
Maintain flight department records for flights, passenger manifests, and maintenance
Attend recurrent training annually
