Director of Land Development (PE)

Description

• Be a primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and a strong relationship
• Oversee the preparation of construction plans and specifications for site infrastructure
• Lead and manage land development projects, including multi-family, residential, mixed-use and commercial projects
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD designers

Requirements

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field and registered P.E in OH
• Nearly 10 years being placed in “Best Place to Work” (#16) by Zweig Group
• 5+ years in Project Management or a leadership role
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
• 15+ years of experience in civil engineering in land development (commercial and/or SFD).
• Local presence with national impact, who is actively engaged with communities and local partners
