Assist the Superintendent with the management of all functions of the job site as it relates to home construction
Shadow weekly phone calls with buyers who are under construction to enhance their experience and drive customer satisfaction.
Maintain constant job site readiness daily for the contractor base such as keeping houses, garages, lots, and common areas clean.
Help ensure on-site safety as well as compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Shadow pre-construction meetings, pre-drywall meetings, orientation walks and closing walks.
Learn how to create a good open working relationship with the sales team at your job site – communicate with them weekly on any customer issues for a unified Arbor front.
Learn and understand the home building process and the schedule.
